RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Cancellations are allowed within 10 days from date of purchase or before delivery/pickup of product, whichever comes first. Deposit or payments to cancellations made before customer receiving the product and before the 10th day after invoice date, will be refunded in full. Cancellations made after 10 days or after purchaser receiving the product will be refunded based on the following conditions and charges: - Not allowed after 14 days from delivery or receiving the product - Product must be in original packaging, undamaged and unused. - Purchaser to be charged delivery and return costs (if delivery service is used on one or both ways). – A 10% of the purchase price to be charged to customer/s, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
